Moss Mire Barn was large and earthy, it’s exposed stonework, toasty fires, and wooden beams it most certainly lived up to it’s Barn name. It had been on the market for 5 months, it had had just a few viewings and wasn’t getting the attention it deserved. The homeowners were concerned that they couldn’t move on as they wanted if it didn’t sell. The communication with their agent was low when all they really wanted was an answer as to why, and what they can do to fix it.

The bedroom or garden wasn’t inspiring for a property worth over half a million, how about the other rooms:
When you have a premium or unique property it’s imperative to show it’s value, to show it’s beauty and to give potential buyers butterflies. Give them something to swoon over. Show them the real reasons to buy and have them dreaming of their perfect life in your home from the very first time the see it.
We showed the current owners how we could do some impactful marketing. How we could create what made them fall in love with the home and we’d show their buyers the true beauty of this country retreat. Here’s what we did…
We dressed the master bedroom to really appeal to those buyers, we showed off the size and created a focal point on the master bedroom, which would also work well in the brochure.
We took some amazing external photographs to showcase the fabulous garden
We included some magazine style shots to create desire
Previously they’d not had any pictures of the other 3 bedrooms, so we dressed and photographed these too.
We spent a total of 3 hours in the home just to take photos, you see building a strong foundation for selling and it worked. Here’s what we created:
