Phil and Molly had just completed their very first renovation as a newly married couple when Molly found out she was expecting her first child. With time of the essence, the marketing date was brought forwards, and they needed a speedy sale, as well as the full asking price, or as close to it as possible. The challenge was set! When Victoria first went to see the couple, Molly was struggling to get everything ready for viewings, and was delighted and astonished that Victoria donned a pair of rubber gloves, and got to work! They agreed a marketing price and decided to put it on the market that weekend. However, on the way back to the office, Victoria made some calls, and secured not just a viewing, but an offer of over the asking price, even before the weekend it was due to come to market!

Price achieved £5000 over asking price £170,000. (Just six months later it was sold again in just 3 days by Victoria and the team.)
